We wish you a joyous and relaxing Thanksgiving. Despite all of our problems, we have much to be thankful for in our state and nation. Most of all, we are thankful for our members and the strong support they give us each day.
During this time, please reach out to those in need, especially the lonely, sick and elderly. If you know someone in need, please help. If you know someone alone, invite them to dinner.
And, most of all, please say a prayer for our troops and those serving our country overseas whether they be on a church assignment, humanitarian project, or on board a ship or in the field in our military. Remember their families back home and if you know a military family from your church, your children's school, or in your neighborhood, please find a way to say thanks or offer a helping hand. They spend many lonely hours apart.
From all of us to all of you, Happy Thanksgiving and thank you.
