A notable exchange on card check (which OBW has discussed most recently here) in this week's Businessweek magazine between Home Depot co-founder Bernard Marcus and California representative George Miller, one of the act's co-sponsors in the US House. The exchange pretty much shows the latest thinking from business and unions on the issue and is worth a read.
